Comfort Suites Salem
Did not use hot tub, in room jetted tub was fantastic. Breakfast was breakfast, no complaints for complimentary. Overall a pleasure.

The Independence
We stay frequently at this hotel and they’re always so welcoming. There are little dog and everybody makes a big fuss over her. This is just a nice hotel by the river with a great staff.

Room was clean and organized, though it smelled of stale air cleaning products. I turned on the AC unit, but that only offered more stale and dusty air. Instead, I opened the window, propped the door open, and turned on the bathroom ventilator to draw fresh air into the unit. That did the trick. ...
