"When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the...

"Daily housekeeping and location is the only good part of my stay. There was a huge dead roach in the bedroom and the apartment left a lot to be desired. Furniture were broken, the bedroom was the only air conditioned place in the whole apartment. There’s a lot more I could say but I’d rather not. Some staff was nice others looked like they were being bothered. Will not go back"
