"Hébergement fonctionnel à 2 min du tramway ( reliant le centre-ville en 20min)et de 2 supermarchés. L’intérieur du logement est très calme malgré l’emplacement. La machine à laver est un plus. Logement très pratique pour une famille permettant de visiter Stockholm en toute liberté. A recommander."

"Nice apartment although a bit smaller than expected. No oven in the kitchen area so had to adapt. Well maintained block and excellent location. Overall, very happy."

"No staff in reception area, which is drab and worn (unlike the photo); had three attempts before the door code worked (on a different room); door lock stuck, I couldn't open door, housekeeper had to be contacted; bathroom basin drain partly blocked; mattress and bed base were dirty, stained, a lot of human hair; tv remote had no batteries; no smart tv, only about 7 local mostly boring channels to watch; had to unplug and plug in two cables at rear every day, to get a tv reception; laundry floor...

"The room is clean and well appointed. Check-in and check-out was straightforward and the code-pad entry system made the place feel safe and secure. The apartment block is near the metro station, so it's easy to get into the centre of the city. There are supermarkets nearby. But the apartment block seemed to lack any recycling facilities, as far as we could tell."

"good: great location, spacious to improve: - the standard for cleaning the floors is very low (looks like no wet cleaning), I walked for the first 10 minutes barefoot and my feet were dusty and dirty, needed to use slippers all the time - apartment door should be fixed (the door is not getting properly in to the door frame), my wife could not close it herself, I needed to help every time."
