"Everything was great at this hotel. Hotel was clean, rooms were lovely. Had all the useful amenities that would be needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were kindly upgraded to a canal side view and they assisted with anything we needed. Parking is readily available outside the hotel and is free. Location is very good to visit the quays and Trafford. And easy transport connections to rest of Manchester."

"The room was very clean, large and had many useful amenities like hairdryer, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the building was nice. The only downfall was that we were looking forward to a buffet breakfast and had to pre-order a grab and go breakfast, although it was tasty and the orange juice was great."

"The hotel location is amazing - this is the second time staying at the Lowry - not as good as the first - The bed and pillows this time were too soft - didnt sleep at all with the soft pillows - should have a choice? small thing - no complimentry biscuits in the room this time - overall a lovely hotel - staff are so welcoming and helpful, lovely and clean and great location ."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There is no lift so be mindful of that if you’re on the top floor. It is a basic stay but this suited our needs well enough and you aren’t far from the centre of Manchester. All in all, we would come back if the opportunity arose again."
