"The shuttle to the airport at the hotel is not operating, which was one of the reasons I booked this spot. A cab is €40 and we are given no discount for a critical service not running."

"We only stayed for one night before flying out of Venice. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The beds were heavenly! The bathrooms are bit dated but very clean, well-lit and had complimentary tooth brush, hair brush and a sewing kit which I found super useful. Staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. Overall 5 out of 5 stay and would definitely return next time in Venice 🙂"
