The staff were polite and helpful. That being said, the floors had stains, the stairwells were musty/moldy, the continental breakfast was not: the two cereals were mixed together, no fruits or vegetables, neither was there any meats, it was not an expensive hotel, which is why I stayed there, but this was just above "run down." Will not stay there again unless I have NO other options.

The place had an order the carpet needed cleaned, the room was full of dust. The tub needed bleached.

There were already so many reviews about how unkept this hotel was and they have made no effort to fix anything. The floors were disgusting. The bed sheets looked worn out. The pillow cases were dirty. The lamp shades were broken and old. The doors that you’re suppose to use key cards for, didn’t shut at all.

It's convenient for the price & was clean enough. My whole experience was jarring though as I hadn't experienced racism directly directed at me in years.....probably over a decade until I came into that town of Abilene, Kansas. I must've been naive thinking that mentality died out years ago. Well, it's still alive and well in Abilene, Kansas.

Carpet stained everywhere, everything dusty, microwave dirty windows was open on arrival air conditioner turned off. No hand soap in the dispenser bathroom faucet leaked

The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Things were pretty watered down or not available. It's okay for one night but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Non smoking Room was smoked in prior to my arrival yet I still had to initial the spot that said I would not smoke. Mattress was terrible and had zero support. Carpet was old and stained throughout. This is just an old run down property that needs a refresh. I should have just slept in my truck.

Got a room at this motel since it was down the street from a job site I was there for. Took a shower. Laid down on the bed to only notice so many bed bugs. I instantly packed all my things up and went down to the lobby receptionist. I told them of the issue and they tried offering md another room. I declined and asked for my refund. They were very hesitant to give me my refund. They must not realize that bed bugs are an infestation. And if it was in my room, it’s going to be in many other rooms in the motel which they must not understand that. Also the whole building has this sour weird smell.

It has a terrible smell, we had to push really hard to open and shut or door, the staff was rude, we rang the bell 3 times while waiting for help over a 15 minute period and when the guy finally came out yo help us he was rude and told us not to ring more than once.

The staff were very helpful. They offered to freeze my water bottles in their freezer and we were able to get toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we forgot the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.

I wouldn’t stay there again even if I was paid to. Unlocked side entrances, barking dogs as you enter hallway and broken off safety latch on the door of the unpleasant smelling room. Carpeted stairs to hallways that were extremely soiled & had animal Odors. Window screens torn & frames bent, holes in bathroom walls where one time may have had mounted towel bars or soap dispensers. No where to hang clothes. So much built up soil on the perimeter of the room a message could be written into it.
