"La camera era bellissima ed in una posizione ottimale e ottimamente pulita. Il personale, ben preparato e assai gentile, ci ha aiutato in questa vacanza e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La vista della camera era meravigliosa, si vedeva persino l’Etna sull’orizzonte. La colazione abbondante ed ottima con prodotti freschi. Insomma é come se fossimo andati a fare una vacanza a “casa della nonna”, coccolati e viziati."

The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. "Das Zimmer war ok., doch das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, also konnte man kaum schlafen. Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben.
