"First thing was the cozy cabin at the lake with a dock wasnt on the water. It was a room above a garage in front of the home that ownes it. In the description, it has a picture of a gate so apparently you have to walk by the home owners house , through the gate and in through the back yard to get to the dock and I wasn't about to do that.
