"The breakfast menu had many options like bagels, cereal, fruit, danishes, and more. They had juices, coffee, tea, and water. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels without having to ask for extra. They provide a mini-refrigerator, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and more. The pool area was clean, and the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. There is plenty of parking, and the Inn is secure. The Rockport Inn and Suites is just minutes away from the ocean and from Rockport's shopping areas that include candy shops, clothing shops, jewelry shops, and places to eat. This is the second time I have stayed at this Inn, and I would highly recommend this facility. "

"Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was average. They had bagels, eggs, sausage, waffles, ect. Nice workout room. Staff was pleasant and greeting, all though some need deodorant. Only complaint really is the needs can use new mattresses. The mattress is worn in alot. "

"No breakfast were included or even available on Sunday April 12th 2026. But the concierge recommended a great local diner that was amazing."

"Everything was good only complaint is I have been staying here for quite a few years and the last few times neighbors were very noisy in the early morning like 1:00 am noise. But staff, and everything else is great. Maybe just inform in room and staff that quite time is at 10:00pm"

"I was there for 4 nights and didn’t receive any housekeeping. I was told that I’d need to put in a request on the 3rd day, I did that and still no housekeeping. No clean towels, or trash bags. Before I left I brought it to the front desk and the guy seemed like he didn’t care at all. (didn’t get the guys name). Also let me mention that the elevator cert maintenance here has been expired for the past 5 months. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and I’m not sure if it’s the new employees or management but worst experience of my life at a hotel. Honestly. And breakfast was trash too. "

"The staff was excellent; friendly and professional. Loved my room, clean bed everything works. Pool and hot tub both working! Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area."
