"This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it."

"Beautiful decor and the bed is truly comfortable, didn’t want to leave. It’s great to have proper tea making facilities in the room (not just an espresso machine). Fantastic bar staff and fun atmosphere in the beautiful bar. Have stayed in many Bath hotels, this is now my favourite."
