Their actual check in is at 4 pm. As we waited patiently in the lobby for almost an hour we were a little surprised when a couple came in at 3:50 pm and were checked in. No acknowledgment that we were there first or any interaction until we made the effort to get checked in. Even so , we highly recommend this...
