Check in was great. They had our rooms next to each other like I had requested. The pool was great. We needed towels and they had them sent up right away.

Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel
The Sheraton is such a neat hotel! The staff was so kind and the room was fabulous. I would stay there again! The only downfall is the room didn’t have a microwave, but there is one in the lobby. Thank you for a great stay!!

Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek
Great customer service. The hotel is very nice with lots of amenities and a fabulous downtown location! The room was warm and we were told that they could not fix the temp but they could move us to a new room but at that point in our stay it seemed like too much work to move rooms.
