"Se fue la luz durante el check-in, había un chicle pegado en la cabecera de la cama, la regadera se veía sucia, vieja y con hongos. Amaneció sin agua para el baño y regresó hasta las 10am. La recepcionista me dijo que "estaba salado" por la mala suerte. Además de eso, la alberca es mucho más pequeña de lo que aparenta en la foto. Hay una caseta con guardia y pluma para el estacionamiento pero se queda abierta y desatendida en la noche. Prometieron compensar la mala experiencia, ya veremos si es verdad. Pero ojalá sea en otro hotel de la marca porque yo no regreso a ese lugar."
