"Brand new modern bathrooms with powerful shower. Room a bit dated but they are working on it. Staff are lovely there is even a pool."

"The hotel was very clean food was good and staff were friendly and helpful"

"Resepsionis yang ramah, kami boleh check in lebih awal karena kamar sudah siap dan kamar di hari pertama diupgrade ke kamar superior (seharusnya kamar standard, namun karena hari berikutnya booking di kamar superior, maka oleh resepsionis hari pertama sudah diberi kamar superior. Lokasi hotel juga strategis, di tengah kota dan dekat dengan tempat wisata"

"What a fabulous stay. Downtown Chester with parking; the location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself is spotless with a really modern yet classical style. Amenities are good (eg premium coffee and tea - and biccies) and the bed was super comfortable. The heated and lit mirror in the bathroom is indicative of the attention to detail that makes a stay even nicer. In terms of staff, Tracy was really friendly and helpful. "Lovely breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff. A minor issue with our room allocation was very speedily and professionally handled. Beautifully appointed bedroom. Very nice hotel and literally across thd road from the station."

"The hotel was lovely and clean"

"Great location only a few minutes walk from centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed. Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Rossett Hall . I only stayed 1 night d I was attending a family wedding. The room was spacious , very clean and fresh . The staff were pleasant helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area."

"Ba Ba guest house Chester was a superb find. I stayed for 2 nights whilst doing the marathon. A very big single room, everyone provided & a very comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to the city centre & a 30 minute walk to the race course. The owners were really friendly & helpful with car parking. I would definitely recommend this guest house if you want a quiet comfortable stay close to all amenities."
