"The room was in good condition and well decorated but the room was very small and dark. The boggest issue is that the shower was scalding hot no matter how i afjusted the water temperathre or how long i waited for the water to cool. It was so bad we disnt take showers on the last night. The staff were very froendly and helpful."

"We had a brilliant stay at the hotel, in one of the balcony apartments. It was very roomy and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful with their advice and tips on getting around the city and its sights. We would highly recommend the Hotel zum Hirschen to any potential future guests."

" 전반적으로 조용하고 식기도 잘 구비되어있어 만족했으나 아래 주차시설이 없고 최소 걸어서 10분~ 15분 거리에 주차장이 있습니다 내가 알아서 찾아야함이 불편했고, 매일 돈도 추가로 내야했습니다. 가족들이나 짐을 내려놓고 남편 혼자 이동해야했기때문에 시간소요도 많이 됐습니다. 어린이를 동반한 가족이라면 고려해봐야 할 요소입니다. "

"The room is nice and comfortable. There’s construction noise outside during the day but during off hours it’s quiet which is not a problem for me as I am out exploring Salzburg. In general this hotel is great and I would recommend it to my friends, and would stay here again if I have a chance to come back to Salzburg! "
