"Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were super helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Salzburg. As we were there during the recent heatwave, the AC was very much appreciated!"

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."

"Reibungsloser Check-in, sehr geräumiges, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage natürlich optimal. Frühstück war reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, sogar in der Tiefgarage. Wir waren mit unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden."

"Leider war der Balkon völlig voller eingetrockneter Vogelkot bereits bei der Ankunft. Auch die Unterkunft war nicht so gut gereinigt wie wir aus den letzten Jahren kannten. Sauberkeit ist definitiv schlechter geworden bei unserem diesjährigen Aufenthalt."

"It was all done by computers and the system didn’t work. We wasted 2 hours and had to go to a meeting without being able to shower and change, because the rom wasn’t clean."

"Lovely one night stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely room with terrific views and very friendly staff, very nice breakfast too.would of given a higher Star but only staying one night didn't get much chance to see much. But would certainly stay again if we decide to go that way."

"Good location and nice interior design, but missed the lack of in person support/a reception. Would be very inconvenient to stay here without a mobile phone - if you forgot to write the code down, and your phone battery died, you wouldn’t be able to access your room. Simple requests and questions via the app work well, but a request for a missing Salzburg guest mobility card took over 24 hours to rectify (and was too late to be used). The free lockers were good, but need maintenance."
