"This is a very nice resort but a couple of things weren’t strong enough for a 5 star rating - based on the price you pay here. For this price I expect the food to be high quality and the room to be very comfortable. The food was good, but not high quality. I ordered lunch twice and had bfast 3 days - there are no complaints overall but for the price, it was pretty average quality and quite pricey. The main problem with the room is the bed being too hard. I know it is a Thai thing to have hard beds but this is a top resort that has many overseas guests not used to such hard beds, and I expect far better quality. Also, the tv kept turning on during the night (no sound) which was a nuisance. The bathroom is good but the fittings are not particularly high quality. the shower goes from cold to super hot with only a short turn of the tap. The highlight was the jacuzzi on the deck but the water was just above warm which wasn’t perfect. A pleasant stay but i have stayed in higher quality hotels in Thailand for the price. The staff were excellent!"

"Great place for family vacation. Amazing breakfast buffet, good size pool, lots of food options. Suggestion- they should provide drinking water in lobby or at reception. Chocolate hours should have coffee & tea. Add some Pasta options on menu, rather keeping it one."

"What an amazing hotel. I have nothing negative to say at all. It was a perfect stay. The rooms are amazing, the staff are wonderful and the amenities are brilliant. It was a perfect oasis in an otherwise busy trip through Thailand. The staff were so helpful and remembered small details about me and my preferences that really stood out. I ate at three out of the four restaurants there and while the steakhouse was a little pricey the quality and flavors were excellent. The Thai restaurant was phenomenal and was by far my best meal in Thailand in the 11 years I have been coming here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any type of traveler whether it be couples, families or business travel. What a great hotel!"

"On arrival, the whole premises was a WOW to me. through the winding entrance, I was led to a spacious reception and everything was the standard of "The Standard". The staff members were very helpful, helping with all the questions I raised efficiently. The room was comfortable with a good view. The staff member in the air-conditioned restaurant was not quite responsive, and I chose to dine at the Mexican one, getting drenched into the sea breeze and the staff members were very responsive and interactive. I had a wonderful time in the restaurant. The breakfast was quite disappointing; I was the first one to attend the venue at around 0645, but most of the hot food was not heated up properly. The congee should be otherwise prepared warm enough but in the end, it was lukewarm."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of the free beach shuttle service in the golf car but the area was accessible. We even walked. It’s so nice being in a place that’s just the opposite from the busy Pattaya City. Breakfast buffet and à la cart menu was a superb and satisfying start to every day in Thailand. "
