"Dijeron 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado y solo tenia 1. Nos tuvieron que facilitar una camita de agua para la salita pero sin aire acondicionado. Esto no los informaron luego de ellos aceptar la reserva y hacerce efectivo el pago, pero ya no teniamos otra opcion. "

"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. However Hans,the property manager was very professional and informative allowing me to relax. The place is immaculate and the vegetation surrounding was just breathtaking. Not too far from Playita (my favorite beach) Playa Rincon (a short drive away),its location is perfect. With ample...
