"Hotel was beautiful but if you do not love buffet meals I would only book breakfast here. Half board your meal was buffet but you could eat"

"The hotel was mostly great! Good location - close to chania without being right in the old town. We had a hire car so we were able to park right on the street outside usually. The staff could be a bit friendlier, I found some of them to be somewhat rude and dismissive of our concerns. The air conditioning needs maintenance. We raised it wasn’t working which was basically dismissed by the receptionist. She checked it herself and made her own confirmation that it was fine?? The air con...

"Clean and big room!"

"Very nice hotel, Good location, easy to park Good time"

"Clean room except for the fact that in both rooms there were ants in the washroom. Killed about 20+ in each room, one room had flying ants. Mentioned it discretely to the front desk and they were not surprised saying this happens. They offered to apply a gel to deter them, obviously this is common for them. Overall staff are quite friendly and nice."

"Vassilis is a suoer host. Thanks for all the support and the great stay"

"L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La propreté et la tranquillité de l'hôtel"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Athena was particularly helpful and hospitable. The hotel is situated on a very nice sandy and clean beach and the breakfast buffet was varied and rich. Only slight downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but they were nevertheless clean and modern."

I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis...

"We had a spectacular time at Akrotiri Hotel. The hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast included every morning and high quality. Lena and her husband were incredibly welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. The tile in the bathroom was beautiful and the shower itself was wonderful. Now for the view. We were told we would have a panoramic view and we couldn’t have had anything more beautiful to wake up to. The terrazzo was also well maintained and enjoyable to sit on in the...
