"Truly, truly such a pleasure staying at this lovely inn! The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the rooms lovely, and the area was peaceful and quiet, while still a short walk over to Clayton's main street. Would absolutely stay here again in a future trip to Clayton NC!"

"Bed springs you could see through the blankets, Landed at 8pm got there and had to fina another hotel thankfully Expedia did refund the entire 4 night stay pictures are deceiving. Do not stay there! "

"The hotel smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was a large crack in the bottom of the bathtub which was "fixed" with roofing tape. The vinyl faux-wood flooring was a little sticky, but the surfaces generally seemed clean and it was quiet enough. There were no outlets close enough to charge phones on the bedside tables."
