El Hotel BLU SAI tiene camas cómodas y cumple su propósito, aunque recomiendo consultar área de habitaciones para confirmar si es lo que necesitan.

Acomodação confortável, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso, trocaram as toalhas com 2 dias. E sem contar na Jhenifer que prestou todo suporte que foi necessário! Amei a estadia. E na frente do hotel tem um supermercado e ao lado um lugar que vende tortilhas e sanduíches deliciosos, ótima opção de café da manhã.

O hotel tem água quente porém não usei, a água sai morna do chuveiro, cama confortável, quarto limpo todos os dias! Super recomendo! A Jenifer é uma querida, me deu várias dicas sobre passeios e restaurantes! Com certeza ficaria novamente no hotel!

Ideal for a calm couple, very cute and clean place. The staff are very friendly and sweet. I recommend to everyone! Well situated downtown, right in front of a supermarket and near many restaurants.

The room was great, the staff were amazing and its a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach and the airport. For the price, this was a good choice.

Simple room, small bathroom, a balcony, and pretty clean for a small island hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The mattress being on the firm side, you'd fall asleep in a minute with no tossing or turning during the night. The common area was cool and simple. I only noticed coffee being available. They start brewing it around 8am. I didn't ask if the water from the faucet was safe to drink or if there was a vending machine for bottled water or snacks. The only services I noticed is daily room cleaning and the receptionist was very helpful in calling a taxi that the hotel trusts and answer any other questions you may have. I had no idea what to expect and I was pleased with the stay, especially the bed.

Reception is very seeet n tried to accommodate us. Arrived late and could not get in right away as reception closed at 3 pm. Had to use stairs to reach 2nd floor which with suitcases not very comfortable. But receptionist tried to help. Shower had no hot water… But very fair accommodations for price paid….

Hotel Incrível.

Incrível ! Minha hospedagem não poderia ter sido melhor! Meu quarto tinha frigobar, televisão smart e ar-condicionado novos. A cama queen size muito confortável. Fiquei em um quarto com sacada, que fez toda a diferença. Dormi super bem. Meu quarto era limpo todos os dias. A limpeza era impecável. A senhora responsável pela limpeza é extremamente cuidadosa e primorosa. O quarto era mais limpo que a minha casa. 🙂 O hotel dispõe de câmeras de segurança, extremamente seguro. A pessoa que me recebeu no hotel foi a Jeniffer. Ela é simplesmente espetacular! Me ajudou com tudo que precisei, desde aluguel de carro (mula) e dicas sobre a cidade e passeios. A Jeniffer é muito educada, gentil e atenciosa, ela fez toda a diferença em minha viagem. ❤️ O hotel fica a 2 quadras do aeroporto e a 2 quadras da praia principal. Spratt Bight Quando pousei em San Andres fui a pé do aeroporto para o hotel e vice versa. Não é necessário pegar táxi. Recomendo muito o hotel. Optem pelo quarto com sacada, maravilhoso. Tem mais, na frente tem um supermercado excelente o que foi extremamente útil na minha viagem.

Disappointing stay despite the hotel looking new I gave this hotel a low score because the experience was genuinely uncomfortable and the customer service made everything worse. 1) Bed quality (very important for a holiday) The bed was extremely noisy — every time I moved it would creak loudly, which made it hard to sleep properly. On top of that, the bedsheets felt old and itchy, and they also had a strong bleach smell, like they had been over-treated. 2) Old towels + unfair charge The towels provided were clearly old and heavily used (especially noticeable around the edges). Before leaving, I was also charged around £10 for one towel because my wet bikini left a stain on it. I explained that the stain would come out with a normal wash, but they insisted it wouldn’t and charged me anyway. I was on my way to the airport so I didn’t have time to argue. What made it even more frustrating is that the exact same stain happened on one of my shirts, and once I got home and washed it, it came off easily. 3) Customer service (the biggest issue) During my 7-day stay, there was no proper 24/7 support. The manager (Jennifer) only arrived around 9am, which is not ideal if you have early tours or activities and need help with directions, breakfast options, or basic guidance. Unfortunately, Jennifer’s attitude was extremely unhelpful. Most of the time she simply said “I don’t know” to questions and made it clear she didn’t want to assist. This made my stay harder than it needed to be
