"Pool and hot tub were clean and temp was good"

"Room and walls were dirty, bedding stained, toilet falling apart, door peeling apart."

"Breakfast menu was standard for chain hotels (we thought the coffee was weak). The beds were comfortable and room size was also standard. Bathroom was a decent size with tub shower combo. Room temperature stayed as set. Two different staff experiences. Our check-in lady was rather curt but the night manager was excellent. We had a room on the first floor with a “basketball team practicing above us”. The night manager was approached at one in the morning. He apologized and graciously offered to talk with them. I appreciated not having to call the room!"

"Overall great stay. Only thing I didn’t prefer (my own preference) was the humidity in the atrium. But in a west Texas girl and not used to any. My daughter loved the pool and Play ground. Food was AMAZING. Once we arrived we didn’t leave until the morning since it had everything. Will be staying here again next month! "

"On check-in we were told to get breakfast tickets the next morning. The next morning we were told the restaurant is closed on Monday. Also there was a massive pile of beer bottles at the bottom of a stairwell. Low quality, priced too high…"

"The hotel was nice and clean. However, breakfast for the weekend started at 7:30. This was disappointing because we had to check out at 7. Breakfast being included was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Not only was it inconvenient, we also had to stop elsewhere and spend more money. "
