"The room we got was a handicapped room which was not for anyone with a handicap. Tub and shower has rusted out spots. Tub was very slippery no traction whatsoever. I first hit my head on a tall soap dish and swelled up my eye. Also while in shower I slipped and fell. I brought it to the attention of the front desk what happened and he stated they get complaints all the time about the rooms need to be updated. Front desk said old me the property owner will not make upgrades. I won’t be staying...

"The room was very clean on the whole, and bedding was extremely comfortable. Staff was accommodating when I asked for extra towels and plates for my family’s meals. It was quiet and safe, and we all felt relaxed doing our entire 4th of July weekend. I plan to come back here next year with our extended family. Also very close to good restaurants and convenience stores. Loved my entire experience here…price for the stay was very reasonable."

"Would never stay there again traveled 7hrs and to get there and find out the pool wasn’t working I called before booked and the person lied about the pool so had nothing for my boys todo the whole weekend and the my room everything was very dusty and dirty like the room hadn’t been touched in a very long time and tv couldn’t change the channel called front desk nobody never answered so again nothing for my boys todo watch just very disappointed about everything"

"This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that...

"The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better."

"We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...

"The place looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and does not even have an ice machine. They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4.
