"Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. "Good for what it is, We only stayed 1 night. Family of 4. The check in process is so long. You can not check in until 3 and the process was very manual and we waited in line for over a hour to check in!!!! Only one person at the desk at check-in, taking forever, with a long line of people. We were jet lagged and tired and it was exhausting."

"Stayed here in Jun/July 2026. The room was excellent and exactly as advertised and clean. Even through there was a busy street outside our window the windows kept the noise out and we could sleep well. The hotel had a great location that made everything in Sevilla easily walkable. The staff was always around and available if I had questions, requests etc. They were very friendly and attentive. I plan on visiting Sevilla again as it was a wonderful city and I will definitely stay at this...

Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. "Amazing location and rooftop views and very beautiful rooms. All was excellent. The aircon was blocked not to go below 20 but if you called reception they unlocked it for you. Really special stay!"

"Really good hotel in the old town and opposite El Corte Inglés which is useful for coordination. The rooms are decent sized, the beds comfortable and everywhere is clean. I arrived early but as my room was ready I was allowed to check in immediately. That was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Would happily stay here again."
