For the money it was great, free breakfast, clean linens, king size beds, and amazing staff. It is a budget stay and doesn’t sell itself as anything more. If you don’t mind a little freeway traffic and interesting pedestrians in the parking lot to get a big bed and big breakfast - this is the place for you - we will stay again!!!

Was very clean, all remodeled, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got in a few hours after we said we would show and they had no issues, even upgraded our room. Pool was clean and hotel had adequate parking. 👍

The rooms were nice, clean and pretty big. I would've like the option to park in front of my room like alot of other motels have but the parking was in one section upfront. The breakfast wasnt great it was ok for the price of the room. The orange juice tasted old.

Horrible experience. I have never had an experience as bad as the one I had here. The staff seems like they hate their job. The manager — an older woman at the front desk — couldn’t have been more hostile. The breakfast selection is very poor quality, and they even shut off the lights while people were still eating. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one is by far the worst. The pool looks nice, but the cleaning standards are not up to par. Many areas looked dirty. The beds were comfortable, though. The surrounding area does not feel safe. You can clearly hear people yelling and making loud noises late at night. This was my first and definitely my last time staying at this hotel. If you want a good experience, even for just one night, I recommend going elsewhere. While we were staying there, there was even a murder at this location, which was terrifying.

This was the best available stay we found right across somewhat literally walking distance from Lackland Air Force Base. We went up as a family got two rooms what I really love the rooms had king size beds, which is rare refrigerator and it was the coldest AC. I’ve ever experienced it was perfect but just too darn cold. I hate to complain about the AC, but I’ve never literally frozen in a hotel before so I had to go to the staff and he gave us winter blanket, which was a relief it was rainy, which cooled down everything for the events and the pool was green, but it was cleaned out immediately. Breakfast was available. Also this was a great stay in local area close to everything right in the circle the loop as they call it I would recommend it and I did recommend it great price and the beds were great. That’s all we needed the room for actually was a great bed and a great day. Our rooms was right outside of the walkway which kind of brought in a lot of dust, so there was no carpet and you can literally feel like sand whatever on your feet. But other than that, that would definitely be my go to hotel if we don’t stay downtown in the Alamo area, but it’s still close to everything and I think the comfort of the room and that AC would be the reason I would come back.

Here is a polished version: The hotel is older, but the rooms have been completely remodeled and were very comfortable. I really appreciated the smart layout with both a kitchen sink and bathroom sink, plus a good-sized refrigerator and microwave in the room. The beds were huge and super comfortable, which mattered a lot because we were traveling for basketball. Breakfast was also a big plus for us. They served the traditional waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, apples, oranges, and yogurt, which was perfect for my crew. The coffee machine was automated and a little watered down, so I would plan to buy coffee elsewhere. The ice machine was broken during our stay, but I’m sure they are working on getting it fixed. There is also no laundry facility on the property. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I would recommend locking your car and being mindful of your surroundings. However, the staff was very thoughtful and provided excellent customer service. They checked in to see how our stay was going and even allowed us to check out an hour late so I could catch a quick nap between games. All in all, this is what excellent customer service looks like. The staff truly made the stay better by simply caring and trying.

There was so much humidity in the room mold formed in bathroom in less than our week's stay. Front desk staff were accommodating giving us extra towels as towels never dried. Floor was damp all the time.

Our room was very dirty. The shower wouldn’t drain, when we mentioned it to the staff they said ok. But still wasn’t fixed. Also mentioned that our floors were still dirty after the cleaning. There was mold in the shower. I get we get what we paid for but you can at least provide a clean hotel.

The front desk staff was very good. However, our room was not very clean. It had tile flooring and it was filthy dirty. Our socks and bare feet were black after walking on it. Also, the towels, washcloths, hand towels and bedding were visibly stained. I don't think I would stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was close to Lackland Air Force Base which was very convenient. However, the cleanness needs attention, specially I also could not enjoy breakfast because there were not scramble eggs available, potatoes potatoes taste awful and I only have a waffle breakfasts. Beverages are fine. The pictures was not realistic, and did not match the actual condition of the property, which was disappointing when you arrived.

Overall a good stay. Only thing I recommend for cleaning staff and guest to check AC filters. Ours was super dirty looked like it wasn’t cleaning for years. Worst one I’ve seen in my life. Sheets had couple stains nothing too bad. First time I’ve seen a room with 2 king beds, that was amazing!

We stayed here for two nights. We had three rooms for our family, all of which were bare bones amenities and passably clean. The floors looked swept, but definitely not mopped. Towels were very hard to come by, we had to wait for the staff to speed-wash swim towels from the day before going to swin the next day. Breakfast pickings were slim and the staff looked stressed trying do too many jobs at once. I would not stay here again.

This is a good place to stay when you need to be close to the AFB Is just five minutes away or so from base Room was clean and room service was good too they kept the room clean I would recommend this for families going for AFB Graduation days
