Property didn’t look anything like the pictures. Was only given floor towels so they smelt bad, my door didn’t lock completely so I could only use the chain lock. Prostitutes all outside of the rooms, people fighting our first night. I decided to leave early. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely terrible experience. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed bugs, including what appeared to be cockroaches and bed bugs. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there because of the condition of the room and the apparent pest problem. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Beware, do not stay at this hotel, most of the residents live in the hotel and there are a lot of homeless people hanging around. Everything was filthy I was in complete shock, the floors were dirty there was a blue chair in the room that was stained with what looked as if people were having sex in the chair, the paint was peeling of the walls, the bathroom was filthy, the shower head had a towel tired around it to keep it upright, there was mold spots on the ceiling and I saw what looked like a bullet hole next to one of the beds. I immediately went to the front office and asked for a refund and was told that the manager is the only one that can give refunds. I contacted Expedia.com and the manager refused to give the refund! The photo that is being used to advertise this hotel is a really old photo and it does not represent what the hotel looks like now. Please do not stay at this disgusting, unclean hotel.
