Very clean and great location near the River Walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good enough for a quick breakfast. There was one issue with the hot water. We were on the 3rd floor and the hot water takes a long time to reach that floor. We had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it started to get warm.

Great hotel and spacious rooms. I didn’t like that the restroom didn’t lock nor that the shower walls were not clean. Everything else was great. The breakfast area was very full, yet they kept it up. I will probably stay here again.
