"Excellent hotel lovely staff,rooms and very nice pool area. Just a minute walk from the promenade which takes you into the port. The area is relaxed and quite at this time of the year. The food was very good with an excellent choice for breakfast comfortably beds and a great shower, we had a lovely side view of the sea. We would definitely stay here again"

"I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home."

Le spa était bien, l’eau du jacuzzi aurait pu être plus chaude et la piscine du rooftop est froide mais la vue est belle. Le personnel est super gentil et le déjeuner est varié. L’hôtel est bien situé. Je recommande vivement "

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples. "

"The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels. "

"Booked swim up Signature Level suite, cost £2k each for a week, overpriced. Room was lovely, swim up pool great. Noisy room some nights as it was right by Gaucho restaurant, staff rude when complained. Buffet food was barely hot 80% of the time, also very limited choice of food compared to other 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Overall, gorgeous hotel and grounds, staff were amazing. Drinks, we'd paid for Signature Level so had premium drinks but cocktails were very hit and miss i.e. no consistency...

"Good Property was conveniently located next to the main shopping and entertainment area of Ibiza. The pool was well kept and the room was cleaned daily. Bad Room was supposed to sleep 4 and was only set up for 3. Kitchen had 3 of each utensil and plates/bowls and only 3 beds. Kitchen was poorly provided with no kettle or toaster and coffee maker was dirty. Parking was provided but very tricky with a small SUV"
