"The are many very large and very nice pools on the property. We couldn't find the time to visit them all. They have several good dining options at the hotel. The spa is extremely nice, but book a day in advance. Lots of shops nearby too. And there is a casino right there in the hotel."

"Great hotel in all respects. Food options do need drastically improving though. No options for vegans that have any protein, no soy yogurts at breakfast or options at lunch or dinner. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables though"

17 Mar 2020There was not a great choice of places to eat at Playa Aguila so we ended up walking into San Agustin. If you struggle walking up hills, the return trip would have to be by bus. Fortunately the local buses are frequent and reasonably priced.
