My stay wz lovely the lady who checked me in was super sweet and professional I stated to her that I was not feeling well and she offered me a bottle of water she was super fast and efficient other than the carpet being stained my room was perfect I will b back

Dirty room, Dryed soap and scum all over when I checked in. No pool towels. 3 Hornets nest above pool. Breakfast was horrible and empty, breakfast staff seemed dreadful when asked to make more oatmeal, and when asked if there was more creamer.Which there was no more of. Not up to Hampton standards. Homeless walking around in parking lot, trying to access the pool, when the gate is open and doesnt properly lock. Spa was also out of service..
