"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off. I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."

"Pros: Nice and elegant hotel. Upon arrival, front desk members were friendly and even offered cookies (thank you). Customer service was amazing. Delicious breakfast buffet and the cafe ladies were amazing. Clean and comfortable place to spend the night, highly recommend! Cons: Was not informed we needed to use badge for elevator to open door from inside (wifey was panicking), wish breakfast was already included with fee. Felt more like it’s more convenient for people with good cash. Water bottles in room were charged if you opened them (which I get why now) Rating 8.6/10 Will be coming back for sure!"
