We spent a really lovely week at Post Alpina celebrating our daughter’s first birthday. The hotel is great and the staff are super friendly, very used to young children and always happy to help.

Wir waren ca. eine Woche hier gewesen. Das Hotel ist klein und schön. Es bietet die wichtigsten Unetrhaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Anlage ist sauber und fußläufig gut zu erkunden. Das Personal ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt und daher können wir nicht viel zum Essen vor Ort sagen. Aber Brötchen konnte man vor Ort bestellen. Am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir die Möglichkeit am Lagerfeuer teilzunehmen, obwohl zu wenige Kinder da waren. Am letzten Tag wollten wir die Aktivitiäten des Kinderclubs noch mitnehmen. Leider fiel dann das Kerzengießen und auch das Lagerfeuer aus, weil zu wenige Kinder da waren, drei Kinder saßen zudem im Kinderclub. Es waren drei Betreuerinnen da. Empfanden wir persönlich sehr schade, da unsere Kinder sich wirklich darauf gefreut haben und dann sehr traurig darüber waren. Würde es persönlich besser finden, wenn Aktivitäten nicht abgesagt werden, auch wenn es zu wenige Kinder gibt. Man bucht ja auch Hotels, weil es diese Angebote gibt. Nur weil man nicht in der Hochsaison kommt, sollte sowas nicht ausfallen, oder man sollte das klar im Vorfeld, vor der Buchung kommunizieren.

Persönlich geführtes Hotel mit top Anlage

Das Hotel ist sehr persönlich geführt und spezialisiert als Familienhotel. Wir haben es auch als Paar genossen und waren begeistert von der Anlage und den Dienstleistungen, inklusive Wellness. Die Küche ist hervorragend und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden das Hotel wieder besuchen.
