Amenities abounded and how fun to have specialty cocktails at happy hour. Breakfast and snack options were more than generous. Their attention to detail and guest services were outstanding."

The only notable issues that I had with our stay were: 1.) The bed was TERRIBLE. Seriously terrible. It was so worn that there was 2 visible dips in it. "Although not on the beach you are a ten min bike ride from most. All restaurants Duval has to offer. The house is cute, clean and the back yard is awesome. We will stay again nextime!"

They charge a $45 daily resort fee for snacks and water, and the two bottles of water in the room aren’t complimentary — if you drink them, they charge $5 each.
