"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is a kind of indoor pool or water feature that kept running loudly all night. Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important. "Perfect location not far from the train station. We used the hotel as a hub for visiting Naples, Pompei and Sorrento. Hotel was excellent, breakfast was great would highly recommend booking this as there was a lot of choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There is an excellent gym that is has a lot of amenities which was also great for us. 10/10"

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"The hotel was very convenient as it was connected to the car rental service and also very close to the airport. The only inconvenience we experienced was that the air conditioning did not work, and since we arrived very late, we couldn’t do anything about it. As a result, we spent a somewhat uncomfortable night due to the heat and humidity. We also couldn’t open the window because of the noise, as the hotel is located on a very busy street with a lot of traffic."
