"This is not a good hotel. Not even average. The shower was broken, the TV screen was broken. It had ripples in it. The sound exploded as well. They said that they would have coffee by the reception in the morning, which they didn't have. They dont offer neither shampoo nor conditioner nor shower soap. No hand or face towels. Just one single bath towel. Not worth it at all. Pretty crappy."

The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no.
