Best Western Inn & Suites San Diego – Zoo/SeaWorld Area

"Overall it was a good stay for our family. We used the pool everyday. It was very nice having breakfast available everyday, however, it was the same thing as the hot breakfast options never changed. We did usually always have to ask for more towels as they never gave us new ones, but they were brought to our room in a timely manner. Very good location for us as we went to all the parks and zoos and spent some time at La Jolla beach, Coronado beach, Old Towne San Diego, downtown San Diego and Carlsbad."

"My girlfriends and I stayed here over the weekend for my Bachelorette party. It well exceeded all my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was very well maintained and clean! The room itself was spotless and beautiful, not to mention the cool high tech gadgets used in the rooms to operate the lights, AC, and privacy sign. The one downfall was that the AC was not super effective and did get a bit stuffy in the room, but it's understandable because it is an older building but hopefully it's something they can look into updating soon. The beds were SO comfy and clean, we slept like babies! Will definitely be gong back and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!"

"Fantastic Grounds/Pools/Staff. Room was meh...super annoying motion sensor in restroom/closet kept on turning on in the middle of the night with bathroom breaks and the one in the restroom/shower room kept turning off in the middle of my shower. Didn't get maid service the first day. Apparently if they see the "private" sign on the doorknob they will not clean your room even when you remove it. There is no sign to signal staff that your room is ready to clean. Def get the room with the balcony, worth the view. Grab and go restaurant in the south tower (The Market?) is highly underrated--on site chef does great avacdo toast and lox/bagel and you can take it outside to eat."
