The first room they put us in was not what we had paid for which was supposed to be a king bed on top floor with city views. The Sofia Hotel
The room was so expensive when we got in it was so small the windows did not open they were sealed and blocked so there was no view. Worst things all there hidden fees they took $250 deposit on my credit card and charged every penny for different made up resort and taxes they were charging daily ...
