"The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious. Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. "The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors."

"Fantastico! Un posto da sogno. Una vera villa. In mezzo a uno splendido giardino. Una camera con bagno grande e bellissimo. Tanto di cappello per la cura dei dettagli. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale: grazie a tutti. Una gran bella colazione E ci sono stato da Dio anche con i miei due gatti. Grazie! Da ritornarci ancora. P.S. Un grazie anche per le torte salte a colazione, buonissime! e per l'uovo fatto apposta per me senza speck perché non lo mangio. Ci ha insistito la cuoca a farmelo....

"Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...
