"If you're visiting from far away like the United States or on a special trip, I'd recommend staying at the Blue Apple Beach Club instead. You don't want to cheap on the little stuff on a vacation. The room was advertisied as having Wifi, and it did not have Wifi or cell signal. Youll have to walk by the pool area to make calls. Also the bathroom has black mold around the sink, and the shower water temperature doesn't get warm or hot. Those basic comforts make a big difference on a vacation, so I...

We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. "It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. "

"Hay cambio de administración y están haciendo el esfuerzo de mejorarla, pero en general está muy desgastadas las instalaciones, les falta ventilador (no de techo) por el calor, la alberca no tiene las baldosas al 100%, en las habitaciones no hay limpieza rigurosa y no garantizan que funcione todo. Las comida el servicio de su personal excepcional! Les tomamos mucho cariño pero deben invertirle al hotel para que sea algo agradable y que dé gusto disfrutar. "
