"Nadine, front desk clerk, was great and very helpful. I met Terry and Nancy, the owners, who were gracious and very nice. The sink in the bathroom was a beautiful ceramic design which added to the the charm of the hotel. I didn't use the pool but it is a great amenity. The breakfasts were excellent and a nice way to start a day of touring on a full stomach. The restaurant across the street was not very good but Nectar down the street had great food. "We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. We wanted the additional space, and needed the larger beds of the loft room. At our check in, we were told the loft room was unfortunately unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning,...

"I am always a little concerned when I book someplace for a long stay, but hotel jardin ended up being the perfect place to do that for our stay in Granada. It was close enough to the main square to be very walkable,but enough off the beaten path to be much quieter. The pool was delightful and the whole staff went above and beyond to provide little niceties to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I stayed as a solo traveler and felt very comfortable and safe. It’s a beautiful property and the pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was super delicious and location very convenient. AC worked well, comfy bed, clean bathrooms etc! I loved the architecture and decorations. Hope to come back."

"The junior suite room had a beautiful view and the air conditioning was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and I appreciated the great spots they recommended to eat. The parking in the street is a little worrisome, but we had no problems thankfully. The location was perfect and seemed safe."

Beds are good Breakfast okay too much grease, not so healthy Negative Bathroom so so clean but not really hot shower it took 20 minutes and it was never really hot and we checked in late at night and I called front desk, they sent an useless maintenance man because I was 4 nights and it was...
