"This hotel is so friendly. It's a very small hotel that trips you like a member of their family. Fair warning, the single rooms that don't include breakfast are low budget. it's a closet, but once I upgraded (<$50 a night for the upgrade) it was a double bed, nice bathroom, and it included the breakfast (which is nice). "We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The customer service was truly excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The building uses a solar water heating system instead of gas, and unfortunately there was no hot water for one full day. "Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay. We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury."
