"The hotel is well situated for the local attractions particularly Tre Cime. The rooms are large (almost too big) but quite basic. The en-suite bathroom by comparison was very small and not well maintained. Our shower head didn’t stay attached to the holder making it hard to use. The hair dryer would only work for about 30 seconds before overheating and stopping which drove my partner mad. The four course dinner was ok. Nothing special but decent for 45 euros each. The buffet starter was good and...

"My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei."

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Since we had informed the hotel that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which made us very happy. "About a 20 minute walk from the Piazza di Roma, this location was a nice balance of convenience to the city center and quieter surroundings for relaxation. There is a nice walking/biking trail immediately behind the hotel and staff was helpful with early check in and luggage storage during my hike."

"Property is quite old with rooms very stuffy and poorly ventilated. You either have a choice of keeping your (unscreened) windows very wide or having a very hot room - had to choose between boiling or listening to accordion music from the neighbors past 1am. Showers are fine, breakfast is pretty good. Not worth the price."
