"I have been to many places, but this was something else. The owner greeted me once I arrived, he didn’t speak much English but his daughter (?) helped me out. They are really nice people. The room I got was recently renovated, it looks modern and the shower was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t have a dinner there, because I arrived late, but there are many options around. "This hotel is AMAZING!! Best one we stayed at during our trip around Europe. The service is honestly 6 stars. They are so on top of everything. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious. They also have the most incredible spa facility that us truly a hidden gem so pack a bathing suit. It’s free for hotel guests to use and it’s unlike anything I had ever seen. Super easy to get over the water to Bellagio so I would for sure stay here again. In my oppinion, it was the nicest hotel in Como. "
