While the tourist hordes overrun the town, sit in their quiet courtyard and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a bottle of wine, then walk to all of the towns attractions in the evening when the buses have all gone. Matteo was a great host, rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. Location is tough to beat, just a short walk from the parking outside the city walls. "

The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful, it was lovely to speak to them and also learn a bit more about the history of the building. They were aware of our situation and ready to help further if needed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the breakfast (food, setting, service) was top notch.
