Good location

Very good hotel, spacious room and modern bathroom. I arrived after 11 pm, and there was no problem checking in. If you like continental bufet breakfast with choices and good coffee, this hotel is NOT for you. Location is very good, but it is a bit demanding uphill walk to Padre Pio.

Good for 1-2 nights. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning was good. Beds comfortable. Shower was nice size. Italian breakfast with freshly baked cornetti and packaged treats. They offered a shuttle to the sanctuary which was convenient. Only a 6 minute walk back ( all downhill going back-all uphill going there. ) free parking on premises that are a few steps from main entrance. Best pizzeria called Queen Margarita only 200 meters away! Great recommendation by the hotel!

Not awful but not so good, either

Definitely not a four star property. More like an ok two-star in need of a complete renovation.

The place is close to Padre Pio Chapel. The free shuttle service was greatly helpful especially for our elderly since going to the chapel is uphill. It's a family-owned place. Breakfast was just okay. It would be great if there were hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Wifi was not strong in our room. .

In times of global pandemic staff should wear face masks consequently and advise guests accordingly. This was not the case. In the room itself there were several punky areas. All in all the hotel is okay but for sure not a 4 star one. Sufficient to spent 1 or 2 nights.
