Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di San Giuseppe Vesuviano

"The day of checkout we had a tour, so we had the hotel store our luggage. When we came back we twice asked for our luggage but the man at the desk ignored our request. When the taxi came he had us come into the room to identify our luggage and that he would put it into the taxi. We were in a hurry and did not notice at the time that there was a suitcase missing from where our luggage was stored. He put the luggage into the taxi as we were in the car so we didn’t count the pieces at the time....

"Unfortunately we stayed whilst there was a huge wedding taking place. Which meant loud music, and no food facilities available. Management did not give us prior warning, Whilst staff were pleasant it was not appropriate. The rooms are odd, but clean. It is suitable for a stay prior to an early flight from Naples only. Otherwise it was unpleasant. We didn’t even have a window in our room."

"Rude staff(apart from the young boy at the reception) Small and old rooms with very thin walls-we could literaly hear every movements in the rooms next to ours. Poor selection of food for breakfast(I've arrived at 09.05 and asked if they'd had any eggs to be told they have all finished and they won't make any others even if the breakfast time in untill 10am) Overall,I would not recommand this hotel"

"The hotel was all round very good just a little TLC around the rooms needed everything worked and work well. Staff where very helpful and answered all our questions, all round it was a good break and wouldn't hesitate in booking again or recommending to friends. Thanks for a great few days"
