"Property is clean and well kept. If you need help in room they come and solve the problem right away. Respectable family owned motel. Very quiet place every guest is to themselves they great each other and go to their rooms. There is a well kept pool available to use. This stay the weather was cold so didn’t use the pool."

"The staff were all very polite and nice to converse with. My girlfriend kept saying how nice they all were. Room was nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable!!! Breakfast was excellent and a nice place to start the day. Parking was easy and you were able to park close to your room. "

"Loved our stay there - quiet, clean, and close to downtown. The facility has a keypad to get in the grounds as well as your room. The lounge was also lovely and had snacks, coffee, water, a microwave, dishware, etc. The room was spacious (loved the private outdoor space) and the bed was heavenly. The pool is heated and comfortable and the hot tub was nice as well."

"No issues with the staff, the pool was ok, the room was clean and big enough for us. AC looked like its working but it was really not. There was no way to adjust it and its just uncomfortably hot throughout the day and got worst at night. "

"Had high expectations but was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Wanted to check in at 4:00pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:20. The robes were dirty and had to be replaced. There was no shampoo and not trash can liners except a large garbage bag. Given there are only 7 rooms at the hotel, so as mentioned thought they’d be more attentive. Also found out they do not offer any food or drinks. Best part was the pool and the hotel was quiet. "

"This is a great spot in Palm Springs. We’ve stayed at several others and will definitely return to Mahala. Very nice staff. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub area are great. Good location. Parking is super convenient. We really got treated well at check-in and they made a birthday celebration really special."

"This is a hotel with no staff, so there is no front desk. Everything is done online. It is a 1950's motel that has been renovated keeping a mid- century vibe. Very hip. It has a bar and restaurant open in the evenings. Mostly young couples as guests. Great location for the modern traveler."

"Hidden gem in Palm Springs. The themed rooms are well decorated and fun. Owner and bartenders were very friendly. There was live entertainment in the bar on Saturday night and the music was great! We had a great stay and will be back!"
