Hotel dekat San Jacinto Mall

"Our room was OK. The shower had mold coming up on the outside wall. Not sure why there’s never exhaust in hotel bathrooms. The people above us walked heavy, footed almost all night long. Not sure what was going on. They left about 6 AM. Or went to bed."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. First off, this hotel is very modern. It was sooo quiet during the day and especially at night. So much options for eats/dining surrounding the hotel. The beds and the overall room was amazing. Zero issues! Very pristine and clean all round. Parking was not bad. The breakfast was above average and did not disappoint. Hotel personnel at the front desk were very welcoming, always smiling and treated us well. Out of all the numerous hotels in the area...

"Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baytown recently and overall it was an average experience, not quite matching the rating. "No A/C in lobby or hallways checking in on kiosk was very odd & high tech considering the actual hotel didn’t even have a working elevator. It did not feel very welcoming. The room was ok & thank goodness the a/c in the room worked. The room was clean other than the floor was very sticky shower pressure was very low. I paid for a king size bed but got a twin size. "The front desk did not open till about 10 o’clock and it closed earlier around nine 10 o’clock at night. Staff was rude. The room was dirty. The blankets were dirty. They were broken things in the room. The whole floor I was on smelled like drugs and smoke I would not recommend this place for anybody."
