"Gears size room for families. Breakfast was accessible. For a weekend stay, the bananas could have been fresher. I did find that the exterior stairwell door was being held open by 2x4 during the middle of the night. Other than that. Staff was great."

"The stairwell smell like urine. Often times the stairway would be dark! They advertise breakfast and it was just packaged muffin tops and mini honeybuns. This place didn't feel safe for a solo female traveler. Often times they're wasn't anyone at the front desk. One day I didn't see anyone at the desk at all. After all you pay for what you get!!"

"My reservation rooms had to be changed due to elevator not working then my disability room was not given to me had to move to a room where pets can stay in had a funny Oder. My second room was placed on second floor with having to climb stairs with our luggage’s and guest and this room had a real bad cleaning issue where toilet was left dirty and filthy had to be moved to a new room I will never stay there again. Breakfast wasn’t any good it was just a waffle maker had to go out for breakfast."

"The room smelt like mold so bad..air condition was so loud, had to ask them to shut the side door in hall that was giving access to public and should have been shut and not able to be opened to public access. It was myself and granddaughters so we was scared with it being so close to our room. I have been staying at holiday inns for forty years This is the very first time I have ever seen a holiday inn at this level."
