"The breakfast was great and fresh. The menu was different everyday for the 3 days that I stayed. Room was clean and spacious."

"The hotel itself was great: nice, new, clean, modern. The staff helpful and professional. But the hotel was overflowing with screaming pre-teen and teen-aged girls. The guests in the next room to our were having a party, yapping at the top of their voices and slamming doors at 11 pm and midnight. We will make it a point to avoid this hotel due to the kind of clientele it caters to."

"The hotel was great. Expedia was terrible! I tried to cancel this reservation as the company I Work for did another reservation on my name, and surprisingly I couldn’t make it. There was always a system error every time I wanted to cancel my stay. Of course that was until I had to pay for cancellation."

"The king room was significantly more spacious than the two queen rooms, which felt a bit cramped. The only downside of the king room was the absence of a bathtub, instead only having a walk-in shower. This was the reason I opted for the queen room. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the amenities, but they appeared to be well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. There were always a lot of people around. It seems to be a quite popular. "

"The hotel overall was positive. However at 12:15am the police were outside my door banging for the door next to mine to open up and it was a little unnerving. At first, I thought they were banging on my door. When I looked out my peephole, there were 4+ officers and it just startled me and scared me just a little. Again, since it happened in the hotel, in the late hours of the night, it did impact my overall experience. Not a great one."

"The entire property was run down, dingy, dirty & smelly. We asked for a shower cap and they didn’t have any. The shower curtain was ripped and moldy. The entire room was dirty and had absolutely nothing in the way of decor. It was bare bones, old, and dirty. The staff was dismissive and seemed like even though they cared, they couldn’t do anything because of poor management. I called the manager, but she never called back."

"Room was not properly clean. Found several hair in the bathroom. Sink was clogged. Breakfast is a joke. Only coffee and granola bars. Once the coffee runs out, you have no more."

"Had an awesome relaxing stay here! Room was incredibly clean as well as the property itself! Staff was very attentive and fulfilled any needs I requested as far as extra pillows/towels/ toilet paper that was needed to make my stay more enjoyable! The only things I would say bad are things that are out of their control but if it’s a dealbreaker for you - no hot tub at the pool - freeway noise - and if you get the room right next to the office like we did and it’s downstairs you hear a lot of the...
