The employees made the experience worth it they were very good and polite! But they do need to improve some of the maintenance for example the water from the faucet was leaking and it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Even the lamp didn’t work causing the room to be dim.

El personal que te atiende es súper súper atento y muy amable, las habitaciones son buenas, aseo excepional y el desayuno muy bueno recomendado tipo americano. Ahora viene lo que no me gustó y fue que no me dieron la habitación que había reservado de acuerdo a lo que había visto. no tenían esa habitación y por cuestión de hora de llegada en la madrugada no tuve opción de cambiar y me tocó aceptar lo que había en su momento.
